Cheetah 3D: 3D Modeling and Animation for the Rest of Us

I posted this video on this channel because i want it to get as much exposure as possible. People ask me about cheap 3D apps for osx EVERYDAY! So im showing one powerful, cheap and easy to use app? And it even has a UV wrapper etc.Yes I know BLENDER is free. But blender UI is CRAP and this is for the average 3d lover/hobbiest. Ever wonder if there is a 3D app for the mac designed just to get your feet wet with 3D yet can do as much as some higher end packages? This is what Cheetah 3D is about. A beginners package into 3D. If you like 3D and dont know where to start because you dont have the money or dont have any idea how to begin than Ceetah is were you need to be. It gets you used to 3D, how it works, and will produce very professional results too. So if your looking to get into 3D using a mac but youve never useda 3D app before or just dont have the money check out Cheetah 3D. I guarantee youll be suprised. Because Cheetah3D has one thing the other big guys dont. A killer community. there forum is great and will help anyone anytime. Its a tight nit group that all have a love for this wonderful little 3D magic maker.

Nope, Mac only. I would look into an app called Nendo.
It’s got a very easy interface and allows painting your objects in 3d.

Cheetah is a great …
Cheetah is a great 3d program overall, considering the price.
Supporting IK-based skeletons and fbx export are awesome features, and it’s really accessible to new users.
I love it.
Blender is one of the greatest things going, but there’s an interface issue or learning curve for a lot of people, whereas Cheetah is a very straightforward UI. (Blender’s interface is actually awesome, it’s just a bit foreign at first).
I also use Cinema4D, but Cheetah gets more use since I’ve gotten it.

I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.

He means $12,000. Houdini is $7,995 but if you want a network license its $9,995. There might be a more expensive application but as far as I know Houdini is one of the most expensive.
